Step 1. Open Run by pressing Win+R and type gpedit.msc in the search box and hit enter.
Step 2. When you opened Local Group Policy locate yourself at this address.
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds
Step 3. Now double-click on the Do not show feedback notifications option.
Step 4. Now a dialog box appears and selects the Enable button.
Step 5. After that click on Apply and OK to save the setting.
When you completed all the steps after that restart your computer once to ensure that changes take effect. Now you will no longer see the feedback notification on your Windows 11.
