How To Install Steam On Chromebook
Before we tell you how to install Steam on your Chromebook, first thing first you have to switch your Chromebook channel Standard Stable channel to Beta Channel. The process is so easy and it won’t erase anything from your Chromebook but it’s a Beta and unstable, so let’s see how to switch that.
Step 1. Click on the Clock in the bottom left and open the Settings page.
Step 2. Now open About Chome OS > Additional Details > Change Channel > Beta > Change Channel. After that Chrome OS will install the updates and reboot your system.

After that, we need to enable a feature flag, open the chrome browser on your Chromebook, and, type chrome://flags on the address bar and hit enter. And install Steam

Use the search box and look for “Borealis Enabled” and Enabled it.

After that, it asks to restart your Chromebook, do it.

Now open the app launcher and launch Steam and follow Steam instructions until you logged in and play games.

After doing these all steps you will able to play Steam games on your Chromebook but you won’t expect flawless gaming on your Chromebook.
